Comparative studies of the bus exhaust emissions with diesel engine and a bus with spark-ignition engine powered by CNG, which meet Euro VI, in real traffic conditions
In Poland is operated relatively large fleet of city buses with CNG engines. An in-depth knowledge of the emissivity of such buses is a very important issue. The article presents the results of comparative emission two city buses that meet the Euro VI emission standards. Diesel engine one of the bus was powered by diesel. Spark ignition of the second bus was powered by CNG. Research buses in real traffic conditions were conducted using devices PEMS. In article shows the new requirements of the research vehicle emission in real traffic conditions.
