The work concerns the development of the methodology of creating models for the calculation of exhaust emissions with the use of the PEMS system. The research needed to develop the models was collected on the basis of road tests for a selected road sections in Rzeszów. Based on the collected data, it was possible to develop a model for the calculation of exhaust emissions for regional road conditions. The developed models based on machine learning can be used to develop new, Polish and regional models of exhaust emissions from vehicles.
